Hi there! We’re James and Whitney, the proud owners of Operation Fresh Bins, a residential trash bin cleaning service based in Howard County. We’re also a local husband and wife duo raising our two sweet girls, Miley and Gemma, in the heart of the community we love.
James proudly served our country with the United States Army and continues to serve our community through the Howard County Sheriff’s Department, while Whitney brings beauty and confidence to her clients as a hairstylist at Posh Salon. We’re both graduates of nearby schools—Whitney from Northwestern and James from Western—so this community isn’t just where we live, it’s part of who we are.
As a busy family of four, we know how hectic life can get, and we’re passionate about making such a daunting task a little easier and cleaner for our neighbors. That’s what inspired us to start our business—to give back to the community that’s given so much to us.
